VELTOP CLASSIC +

The delivered VELTOP Classic + consists of the following parts:
-  1 two part windscreen height adjustable, fixed on an anodized aluminium tube armature
-  2 fixing devices for the handlebar
-  1 bi-coloured canopy stored around a tube in a bag with a Klick Fix system
-  2 fiberglass poles (4 parts)
-  1 Klick-Fix system for the saddleshaft  or  a fixation by plates on the carrier
-  1 Alan key
-  1 instruction of installment

All metal pieces and screws are of aluminium or stainless steel.
The windscreen is of polycarbonate which guarantees a strong shock resistance.

The canopy is of polyester with a water-resistant treatment, the silver inside protects also against UV.
Choice of different colours:
Yellow          with black edges
Blue             with black edges
Grey             with black edges
Black            with grey edges

All canopies are equipped with reflecting strips in the back and Velcros for the communication support (optional).
The canopies are entirely manufactured by us in our french manufacture in Savoie.

 BENEFITS OF THE DEVICE:
The VELTOP Classic + provides a optimal protection in bad weather conditions and allows the rider to use his bike all the year. (except snow periods).
The whole upper part of the body is completely protected. Only the feet and legs remain exposed to water projections from cars.

This Classic + version allows to optain a sight window, thanks to the height ajustment of the two part windscreen.

This will be appreciated by reduced visibility (frost, snow or drizzle,...).
Thanks to his visual impact, cars remain in better distance as usual, providing more security for the rider.

It takes only 2 minutes to fold or unfold the canopy.

The device is simple to handle, light weighted and esthetic.

INSTALLMENT:
The windscreen is fixed on the 2 fixing devices installed on the handlebar which must have a diameter of 25,4mm.
For a different diameter, please consult us before ordering.

The tube armature will allow the arches to be imbeded and support the canopy.
In the back, a universal fixing system (Klick Fix) allows the capopy to be fixed on the saddle shaft with the help of 2 provided rings, which fit for all existing diameters.

The VELTOP Classic + can be installed on all classic and electric bicycles.

WAYS OF USING:
The VELTOP Classic + can be used in 3 different ways:
Pushed out canopy
Withdrawn canopy, entire windscreen only
Withdrawn canopy, with the lower part of the windscreen. 
When the canopy is folded back, it is stored behind the saddle with its side panels.
The canopy bag includes also a storage place for the poles.

ADVICES:
Clean regularely the windscreen with some humid cotton pads to avoid scratching and a few drops of a soft cleaning liquid to maintain a good visibility and to enhance the dripping of the rain.
Choose the VELTOP layout according to the weather conditions and draw back the hood by strong wind.

In a stationary position the bicycle should be tied solidly to avoid falling over.
